New to TW, but I am really liking it, alot of great advise and suggestions. I am currently Active Duty Navy Corpsman, two deployments to Afgahnistan and I will be EAOSing in November. I have always wanted a Tacoma, it was my dream truck. My bestfriend has a 94' Pickup with 6 in lift and 35's (not to mention lockers front and rear and 4.11 gears). After my first deployment I would randomly look on Auto Trader for tacomas, and one day (11/11/11 to be exact) I found mine. 98' Regular cab, 5 speed, 4x4, with 78,000 miles on a 2.7l, PERFECT. I was even more impressed to find out that it was owned by an old man in the mountains who died and thus the truck was actioned. It was perfect except for slight rust from salt on the roads.

As of today I have sanded and primed the underbody and undercoated it. I pulled the carpet out and sprayed the floor as well. I have waiting in my garage back in Florida a 3in Old Man EMU lift, 285/75R-16 ProComp Extreme Terrains with Rock Crawler Steelies and a Trail-Gear front bumper with Smitty Built 8000 XD winch. I will be installing this when I pick up my truck in Florida (currently at my parents house) because I am just getting back from a deployment. I plan on starting a build tread for it as I have not seen too many Regular cabs on there.

Well that is me, I just can't wait to start this thing!
