    Hey guys its been a few days since i got my Taco truck and never noticed till today that the "Limited Chrome Wheels" is just a clad cover!!!:eek: Wow!!! I feel really ripped off.... Still like my truck but come on??? Get it right TOYOTA???

    I feel really retarded now.... Never tought twice about it? How do you book out a truck with chrome clad? Stupid......

    A lot of companies do it. Easier to clean and maintain than real chrome plating. Same stuff as "chrome" door handles, grilles, etc.

    They prob do this because toyota cannot chrome a wheel to save their lives. I work for lexus and every chrome wheel I see with milage on it is pitted. Also the bead seats build corrosion over time. Same wheels came with my truck.
