In December I installed a TRD Cat Back on my 2008 DC. The sound was noticeably different. The truck is garage kept and driven mostly on weekends as I have a company car. There is approx. 5000 miles on the exhaust. Within the past month the sound has completely gone back to stock! Does anyone have any ideas?

Nope. If the muffler were to get plugged to the point of sounding quiet, your cats would have died long before.
