When I first turn my truck on and push the clutch in, I can hear a squeal. Its not very loud and doesn't sound awful, but I'd sleep a lot better at night if it just wouldn't make that noise at all. After its warmed up it mostly goes away. When I fully let off the clutch it stops. As soon as I push it in, it starts and it maintains the same sound no matter how far in its pushed.

Any thoughts on what it is and how to make it go away? If need be I can get out my cam corder and upload a video to YouTube so the squeal can be heard.
