*********.com Components and Customer Service

Please know up front that I am not trying to stir up any debate or argument. The purpose of this post is to simply provide an update on the service of www.*********.com and help anyone that might be on the fence about ordering from *********.

I have read many mixed reviews regarding www.*********.com and I was hesitant to order anything from them.

I contacted Rob regarding the reviews I had read and he explained the shipping complications. Also, he assured me that their shipping issues had been resolved.

I ordered the Image Dynamics CTX65CS for the front doors and the Image Dynamics CTX65 for the rear doors late on a Sunday evening. I received them promptly on Friday of the same week. ********* has responded promptly to every question I have had. I honestly could not have asked for better service.

The speakers sound excellent and the speaker mounts fit perfectly.

 

Good to hear you had a good experience with *********. I loved their how-to video's but at the time I bought my audio equipment a lot of folks were having a bad time getting their orders right. So I opted to purchase elsewhere. You need to post your good experience on the "Official ********* Poll" to update the timeline of happy customers.
