I know food man. I meant for it to be a lean bulk phase. No reason to get fat off season

Just introduce the food SLOWLY back to your diet. 200-500cals every 4 wks or so would be my suggestion.

yeah i saw you posting about not introducing too fast on fast on Facebook or you just get fat quick, not really a long term solution for bulking!

If your idea is to ONLY Buld (Weight, Size)....

Start by raising your food intake - easily 7- 9,000 calories a day. Yes this means carbs, protein, fats(meat), loads of water, veggies. Eat everything you can get your hands on in a respectable manner.

Now another simple fact - lift HEAVY! increase your workout to 5 or 6 times a week. If there's a specific muscle group your lacking you can hit it twice.
Generally i would recommend super setting of brick workouts which will help you to keep your heart rate at a fat burning stage throughout your routine. But in this case i'd say no more that two exercises at a time - no more than 8 reps per... example - 8 8 6 6.

If u have any questions feel free to ask.

9K? I'm curious to where you are getting this from? No offense, but doing so that quickly he WILL add additional, unwanted bodyfat on. I have many friends 5x his size who eat around 4-5K kcals a day...trust me. 9K isn't needed

6 days of training is pretty taxing on the CNS.

    7-9k calories a day?

He's doing a "clean" bulk. He wants to get as big as he can while staying relatively lean and he's doing a good job apparently. ;)

I've changed my body from 170lbs 12%body fat with 38" chest to 199 lbs at 5% body fat with a 45" chest.
I just went from 198 back down to 180 for a show a few weeks ago. As of last night im at 192 and on my way back up. I have mastered how my body works and how to workout/diet to get where i want. I have trained hundreds of people with goals from losing over 100lbs to gaining 50 lbs in muscle. Everyone's body reacts differently but there are always basics. Trial and error.
    I'm just offering my 2 cents ;)
I love watching people succeed in their fitness goals.

Well like i mentioned that was purely for size - if he cares to maintain a descent body fat percentage/toned than NO i would not say consume that much.

    I'm just over 6'1.

No offense, but how is that 5%? There's a difference between skinny and lean/ripped etc.
keep up the great work though man!

None of those are 5%, the bottom two are current and im around 10% give or take...keep in mind im also not trying to lean out, as i'm urging to gain weight back over 200. Then most likely cut.

5% aren't on my phone but on my laptop at home. I'll put a couple of those up tonight so you can see the difference.
The back picture weighed around 195-200 at 8-9 % body fat. That was also when i was 19 lol

Here's my last comp...currently slowly working my way up to middles for next year. Here's one from 2 days ago. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348247522.095868.jpg

I don't have any certs, as I go by what I've done in the past, others experiences, knowledge, etc.
