Thinking about this sub, but I want anything I end up with to fit under the seat.
    Has anyone done this?

    JL Audio CP106LG-W3v3

If that doesn't work, I'm thinking of this:

    Kenwood KSC-SW10

    http://www.crutchfield.com/p_113KSCSW10/Kenwood-KSC-SW10.html

Or the good ol' Sound Ordnance:

    Sound Ordnance B-8PT

Whatever I go with, like I said, I want it under the seat, so the size is pretty important. It looks like the JL is about 2.5" higher than the Kenwood, and 3.5" higher than the Sound Ordnance. Under the seat, that can make a lot of difference. I'll be hooking up whatever I get to a Pioneer AVH-P2400BT HU, and Boston Acoustics SC55 5.25" Coax Speakers. Nothing crazy, those days are far behind me! Any help is greatly appreciated.

I installed one in my father's car for Father's Day on a JL XD400.4 two channels running door speakers and two channels bridged for bumping the sub. It's a great sub for what it is and can get low while sounding good. I put it under the passenger seat of his '06 Porsche Boxster S which is a two seat roadster. He hate's boomy bass but I wanted to put some kind of sub in to help fill out the low's because 2 6.5's won't sound very good when turned up with the top down and he love's it from what I can tell.

Yes. It's for all intents and purposes the same size as the Sound Ordnance unit that a few folks have used in their Tacos, just 1/4" wider, and 1/8" shorter.
