I wanna do something different on my TRD ZRU buy painting the driver side bed compartment door like a yellow and black caution sign that reads "CAUTION: Zombie Bait" and would like to bloody it up a little bit. Anyone have any ideas on how to go about doing this? Looked up tutorials online and they're all one how to paint weapons on models. Guess I could go that route, or just mix up some paint to make it look like blood, throw on some gloves, put paint on gloves and handle to door a bit to make it look used. Anyone have any input? Thanks.

Not sure on painting it but blood splatters are easy...dip your finger tips into some red paint and flick sternly...turns out bad ass!

you can put a little in an airhose and spray it on so it looks like real splatter

Ya, just need to try some red paints. You have a decent photo printer? Google some pics of bloody whatever, and print it out, and find a match. Look up dried blood too, as it is darker.

I was going to pick up some model paint from Michaels, like a matte red and mix in some brown. I saw about the blowing through a straw or flicking it on with a brush. Kinda wanted to give it a saturated look as opposed to a splatter. I'll just have to try different things I guess. Thanks for all the advice!
