OK guys I've searched on this site for a while and tried disconnecting my sway bar but nothing the noise still comes out. I shook the tire around and nothing was loose. It is a pre runner so no front drive shaft. It almost sounds like its coming from the lower control arms but I'm not positive cause I can hear it resonate on the skid plate. It started after I lifted it 2". oh the sway bar is just hanging there. Any ideas or if anyone has heard this before and solved it please help cause I'm stumped on this one and its driving me nuts.

    this is my truck

This isn't my truck but I have the same noise as well

TacoTruck the vids don't show up for me at work....is it a popping noise? I put my sway back in for the summer and I'm running billies maxed out at 2.5" with AAL. When I hit speed bumps I hear some popping coming from the drivers side lately? Just wondering if its a similiar noise....

Its weird because sometimes I think it s the LCA bushing to but the more I play with it it almost sounds like its the actual spring that keeps popping. Kinda makes sense because i had no noise before I installed the coil overs. Yes its like a popping noise when I idle in drive or reverse the small bumps is when i hear it. on big bumps nothing, it could be the wind noise but idk. its driving me nuts. lol

Not sure how to check if the coils are seated correctly, they came pre assembled from DSM. and the video said something about bushings on the steering rack?

Ok guys, update I emailed DSM and they told me to contact FOX directly, turns out Fox changed the bushings on Their performance series shocks and mine didn't have the updated bushings. Pretty sure that was what was making all the noise. Glad the noise may be over. thanks for the help guys Ill post some pics after I get the coilovers back.

Same noise on my truck. Replace the steering rack the bushings on the rack were damage; however the noise is still there. Took the truck to a shop, the review the suspension, no bearing was damage or wear, did not fine anything wrong with the truck. The noise is driving me crazy. Took the bushings out of the old rack and currently making the replacement bushing out of Polyuretane; hope this will work. I will keep ypu guys posted if it works.
My truck is running King shocks; hopefully it will be the same issue as the Fox; however I think that this is another problem with Tacos, since is doing the same noise with Bilstein, Fox, King, any suspension.
The weird thing is that is will only do it on the driver side.

    PS:
Good to know Im not the only one that this noise is driving crazy.

I can't stand this noise ! I have billies @ 1.75 and tsb rear . I have had this set up for about 30,000 miles with zero noise. A couple weeks ago I got my truck aligned and viola ! This horrible creeking and poppin and clicking noise shows up. It's only when I turn the truck at low speeds or when braking . I'm taking it back to the shop on Tuesday for them to fix this problem they stuck me with . Thinking it might be the lca as well ?
