I've had this bull bar on my '00 Tacoma since I bought it several years ago. It spent most of it's life in western Washington and shows no sign of rust or other serious problems. I think this is what Westin calls their "Safari Light Bar".

The bad: It does have scratches as shown in the second picture. Once installed on the truck you can't see them. One of the tabs to hold lights is bent upward slightly but I'll leave that to the new owner to deal with as they please.

The good: No rust whatsoever. Still looks great and from 20' it looks new. All hardware shown is included and it should mount easily (according to Westin) to any '98-'04 Tacoma.

No, Duluth, MN. The truck (2000 Taco) was bought 3 years ago in western WA.

I personally don't but this guy seemed happy to post his. I should also ad that it attaches via the two screws holding the brake lens to your truck, no extra hardware is needed.

270wsm - You might want to contact Westin, they would certainly know how much hassle factor would be involved.

Good to hear you got it Fioloxx. Now for someone to snatch up this bull bar.

I will open it up to a partial trade. To install the bull bar you need to remove the tow hooks that attach to the frame of the truck. My truck is missing those and I would really like them back. So if you want the bull bar and have tow hooks we could probably work a deal.
