I thought this bit of info might preclude some frustration for owners of 2012 Tacoma's that also have the military grade Verizon G'Zone Ravine cell phone. Mine worked then quit and I re-paired it with the hands free system then it quit and I couldn't get it to work. Calls to Verizon, Toyota's website and the dealership didn't fix it. The dealership said to stop by. They fixed it. What I had done was I had the "Auto Handsfree" item under the Bluetooth options area TURNED ON. ( I guess I thought it meant auto for automobile that it's not for that.) It needs to be turned OFF. Once the service guy did that the phone did pair and it works. Not that it won't lose the pairing again but at least I can repair it.
