I bought the black halo projector headlights for my 2007 tacoma and they will be here tomorrow. I have all the wiring preped for the l.e.d parts of the headlights but my real question is can i run the silver star blubs that were in my stock headlights in the new ones?!

    No.

Your stock lamps are 9003/H4, most eGay projectors use four H1 lamps.

    They normally ship with lamps.
The wiring is a bit different, but they should have the adapters to connect to your harness without cutting and splicing.
Rascal and Moose had sets that they ultimately did projector retrofits because these things suck so badly, even with HID burners.

I don't know what you bought but my honest and non-sarcastic advice would be to return it and get in on the group buy that theretrofitsource (TRS) is putting on right now. Best product, best cutoff and best customer service in the aftermarket lighting business that I know of :D good luck with whatever you do.

There are already bulbs in them. My eGay lights were simple plug and play after wiring up the halos and LEDs
