Ive noticed lately that my 01 Tacoma XCab has lost power and also my gas mileage has went to the dogs. Also every now and then I will have trouble getting it to start? Acts like its not getting any fire? Im not a professional mechanic so I was wondering if anybody would think that it sounds like the coil or "ignitor"? Any advice givin is well taken!

OME all around. SPC UCA. This and that.
I had a 1997 and the check engine light was burnt out/removed/broken. I don't know but my mileage dropped 1 mpg. I bought an ultra gauge and low and behold I had trouble code. Some other people here have had same problem with check engine light.

Long story short take it to autozone and see if it is flipping you any codes. Its free. Good luck.
