SB 1221 signed by governor no more hunting bear with hounds

Any one on here hunt bear in California with hounds?
Well if you do or really anyone that looks at the news knows that the governor signed SB 1221 which states that you can no longer pursue bear or bob cat with hounds.
Well this sucks to find out about since just last weekend bear hunting started so this will be the last season for many hounds-men.
