    I turned off the seat belt chime in my 2012 Prerunner using the Techstream software and a few days ago I had to disconnect the battery while installing an aftermarket head unit. Anyway I had the battery disconnected for about an hour.

    When I reconnected I expected to have to disable the seat belt chime again. But no it is still off even with the battery disconnected for an hour.
