    First of all, why yell?
Secondly, I don't really understand the issue? If you don't like the lumbar support can't you just adjust it so it is flat like the non-lumbar seat?

Your lumbar is part of your spine. If you wish to remove it, you are welcome to try, however you should understand in advance that you will experience full lower body paralysis for the rest of your life if you do, which means that you will be unable to drive your truck. In addition, you will need an artificial exoskeleton in order to maintain an upright seating position.

    Best of luck.

I know what lumbar is. I'm trying to figure out why anyone would want to remove it from a seat when all you have to do is adjust it.

Yes...there's a knob on the left side of your seat that adjusts how much or how little lumbar support you'd like.

You've got a '96 Tacoma ... how many miles? By now it should be worn out ... just a thought.
