12 AC, TRD, auto. When hauling stuff for camping and pulling a less than 1200 teardrop trailer the springs are hitting the bump stops. Have the 3 leaf pack. Any suggestions for how to address? Add a leaf, air bags, or ????
    Thanks in advance

I would complain to the dealership. There used to be a TSB for the older models although I'm not sure if it applies to the 2012 yet. They basically just throw the 4 leaf pack on the truck. Truth be told, it's still a weak leaf pack but it's better than the one you have. For a more permanent solution, air bags would be a good consideration or something like Timbrens which are basically load-carrying taller bump stops. An AAL I think will jack the rear up too much and it'll look funny when unloaded.

I'd call Toyota Corporate and start a claim. That's BS!

Welcome to Tacoma ownership. An AAL (cheap solution) or aftermarket leaf pack replacement are good options.

Okay air bags wouldn't be a bad option then.
