I recently put the toytec leveling kit on my 2008 PreRunner DC. I have the 20x9 XD Armour wheels and a 305/55/20 terra grappler and I'm rubbing like crazy on the frame and fenders. Any fix for this without grinding or am I just gonna have to order a smaller tire? Spacers help? Geez I know better than to mess with my stock stance.

Holy shit balls! You are definitely going to need to do some heavy trimming. Might even have to trim your exhaust manifold.....

Problem is you're running 33x12s on pretty much no lift (I don't know what you're leveling kit consists of)

Either upgrade your suspension significantly or downsize your tire significantly, or probably best would be to do a combination of BOTH but it's going to cost you

Yes, and trim. . . trimming isn't even the word for that size tire haha more like cutting or hacking

So what's the ideal tire size? I have 2 inch block in back and the leveling kit I front. Think it is a 2.5

Well it all depends on what you are doing with your truck. How often and what type of wheelin are you doing? What are you willing to dotofit tires in there?

At 2-2.5" of lift you can run a 32-33 depending on a few things

Just keep in mind tire size, tread, load rating, etc. should be chosen for the application they were made for, not just what looks cool.

The better questions are, what are your goals (ie clearance), what terrain will you be driving on mostly, are you fuel efficiency minded or is that irrelevant to you, highway a lot? city? dirt, sand, mud, snow? etc. . .

Width is going to play a factor in fit as well as height. a 255 will fit easier than a 305

Then I don't know what to tell you man. I guess just get whatever size tires you want but if you never off road then I don't see you needing anything bigger than stock or at most a 32.

Thats good as far as rubbing goes.. since offroading stuffs your tire. but only option is to cut plastic/cab mount and be rub free. Trust me its worth trimming

Edit: Option 2 ditch the spacer lift use stock coils and get spindles, should stop the rubbing
