Looking for 09-10 Trd Sport

I am looking for a 09-10 Tacoma TRD Sport and am a bit puzzled by some of the differences in prices I see from different sources.

Here is a 09 that looks really nice.

Is there something wrong with this one? I can't even come close to beating this private party. Am I missing something?

I am in Seattle and all the good deals seem to be on the East coast. Is there a reason for this?

 

The mileage is the reason i believe its so cheap. 95k is a boatload for a 2009!

What would you guys expect to pay for a comparable truck with 50k miles or so? Any reason why there are so many good deals on the east coast?
