Do you suggest full synthetic? And if so, how often do you change?

Plenty of info out there regarding this. Lot's to read already. I'd suggest you seek it out and decide on your own. What works for someone may not for another. Lot's of factors to consider.

I guess everyone has an opinion about oil. I prefer Mobil One synthetic. I just bought a 2010 Taco with 44K miles which I intend to change over to synthetic as soon as I get it. I will also do a Blackstone Labs Oil Sample Test when I drain out the old oil. The Blackstone test is one of the best and cheapest ways to find out what's going on in side the engine, IMHO. Blackstone Labs can be found at:
    http://www.blackstone-labs.com
You get a free test kit and with a charge of $25 dollars for the test. You can get 6 tests for $19 dollars a test if you purchase 6 up front.
