    you should post up any special strategy you may have used..alot of people could use less car payment..

    i am in your boat..no fixed payments except the house. that goes away, and i will wet myself.

    My wife's Ford Escape Hybrid will be payed off next month! Too bad it is starting to fall apart...

    I actually flipped a house. It was risky and I was in debt up to my eyeballs, but when it sold I was able to pay off all of my debts associated with the house and the 2 vehicles.

    It was a lot of work and stress, but I can finally say it was worth it.

    Both vehicles are 2010 4x4 TRD OR, 3" lift, w/ 285s

    Our next financial goal is a vacation rental home in Ouray or Moab!
