Anyone have a green dot card?

I've been thinking about getting a green dot card. I'm only 17 and I was wondering if you have to be 18 to get one. I've heard you do, but my friend got one without needing a parent and he's 17 also. Is it worth getting one? Could I hook it up with an ebay account or paypal to where I can get money to go on the card?

You can "fib" about your age Im guessing...I used them to buy stuff on the internet before. I dont think you can get money on the card from ebay or paypal, you can have direct deposit to the card. I know right its so annoying to get money from paypal in certain situations. What I like is you can have multiple cards, I've had about 7 at once before with no problems.
