Does such a thing exist....

I have been looking for ways to improve my already awsome truck, and I have found an area that could you some work. My trucks main purpose other than being my daily driver is SAR operations and I want to make the bed more fuctional. I have a tube style cage over the bead to hold gear and lights so getting stuff in the front of the bed out is always fun.

What I am hoping to find is a slideout try like this but with these under it:




but possibly with drawers underneeth to store some other gear, I hope it would not be so tall as to elimiated the already small head room, Ideally I would like to be able to load a litter or other stretcher type carrier on the the pull out platform and also use it for storing gear.
