Hi from Washington, first Tacoma

Hi all, first post, great site. I just got an 07 4x4 V6 dbl cab LB w/ 68k miles.
It has aftermarket wheels (Incubus) and tires (Nitto Terra Grappler). I don't know if these are good or not (probably not), but the tires are fairly new and it looks cool
Otherwise it is very stock and I don't think it has any suspension mods. Can you tell from the pic if it has?

Recommendations on fixes and mods are very much appreciated.
The truck appears to be lightly used. I'll do some towing and hauling but mostly light duty and 4x4 for the snow and ice. My current plan is to change engine oil to Mobil 1, check/replace air filter and spark plugs, then look into changing tranny/diff fluids and coolant. Then maybe some fun stuff

Edit: the photo is from dealer website, tires and wheels look stock but are different now.
