Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
You need a backspacing of 4.5" or less also.

He said 285/75/17, not 285/70/17. I think the 75s are definitely going to get into the body mount, pinch weld, and probably fender. They are a little over 34" tall. I am currently working on fitting 305/70/17s, which are about the same height but a little wider. The cab mounts have been cut as much as possible, and the pinch weld hammered flat. The fenders/flares need at least 1" cut out of them to clear. I would step down to the 285/70s unless you want to do some cutting...

2004 F-350...uh lots of motor work to go fast...er. Way to much to list. 2001: 3" leveling kit, ARB bumper, lightforce 240 blitz, 35" KM2s. SOLD 2008: OME 886s 90000 with dakars, LR UCAs, 5% tint, Satashi. SOLD 2015: Flooded and Gone
im putting 35s under my 01 this sunday...i have 3" spacer lift...but i have a little more work than you do. when i have 285/75/16s they fit fine. i have to take mudflaps off and it would rub at full lock on frame but thats it. i know the fender depths and sizes are different but couldn't be that much different.
