Windshield marks

I have several round marks on the inside and outside of my windshield. They look like marks from the suction cups at the factory. They won't wash off. Anyone else have these?

I will try to get a picture, but it is tough.

Not suction cup marks, but I had some weird goo on both the inside and outside. It took about 5 cleanings with ammonia-based windex to get it off.

 

I can see a couple when the humidity and lights are just right. They'll probably be gone soon since I have a crack in my windshield already.

 

I have 4 of these on the right and 4 on the left. I believe they are on the inside. Each is about the size of a drinking glass. I cannot find anything that will take them off.
You only see them when something is on the inside of the windshield (such as fog).
Looks as if some machine that used suction cups in the factory picked up the windshield when it was too hot and left permanent marks maybe?
Still looking for a solution if anybody can help.
