    whats the purpose of this? getting rid of the vibration on lifted trucks? thought the center drop brackets did that?

    This is to compensate for the change in angle of the cv joints when a lift of 2.5-3 inches or more is applied to the front end. The change in angle can facilitate binding of the cv joints which can/will eventually lead to mechanical failure.
