    What the heck! does every toyota manual have a throwout bearing issue now! Mine is chirping at 50k, I notice a lot of complaints. I wonder if they will recall these before I let mine go so long that it siezes up. I bought I toyota because I have way too many other things to work on already!!

    Mine was chirping and Toyota discovered a misaligned input shaft. They replaced the whole transmission under the Powertrain warranty.

    As bad as I wanted to get a manual (damn wife :p) I'm kinda glad I have an automatic.. damn usually its the autos that have issues!
