help with hella 500 install?

i got a set of hella 500 lights, made my light bar, mounted the lights, painted half of the light bar (ran out of paint) and now need to set up the wiring harness and relay and switch but have no freaking idea how to do any of that what so ever. and the instructions are either not made for people like me... or.... well idk? maybe im just stupid.. but i get that red goes to battery, black to lights, blue to ground, yellow to switch, but what the heck does the green one do? im lost.. help anyone?!!!
