Violent shaking past 20mph

Help!
When I reverse the truck feels like it's in 4wd when I reverse and it hops like a bastard past 15-20mph. Somethings very wrong.
The parking brake light has been sticking on for years. I just had new tires and an alignment (2wheel) done. It's night and raining so I'm not laying in a puddle to look at the brake linkage until morning.
Any thoughts or same experiences?
