So my DC doesn't have the rear headrests and now I am looking to pick some up. I know someone that is willing to sell me his OEM front bucket seat headrests but I didn't know if they will fit and what the actual differences are between the front and rear headrests.

    It's the wife's T4R so it's stock
They are indeed different, but I've heard that the fronts will fit in the rear (no experience)

The rear headrests dont have the rake that the front have. They sit up nice and straight against the back of the cabin.

Are they any shorter then the fronts?
Have you are anyone else used the front in the rear? Did you flip them backwards?

Oh sorry I should have been more specific, the back headrests are more vertical, to fit better. I am not sure if you could flip the fronts around in the back. I think the fronts flipped in the back would not go in. I would just wait for ones that are supposed to go back there, but that is just my opinion. Dont you have the fronts that you can just try putting them in the backseat to see what you think?
