Hahahha you are just like one of my friends, very determined. Look, unless you do actually confront this, and however you may do it, it will not go away. Unless of course the kid loses interest, but I wouldn't count on that because he sounds crazy haha. Just keep things in perspective, it is only high school.

From what it looks like, he will never fight you directly...He's going to take cheap shots at you. Hit you in ways that he ways of denying. (Vandalism to your Tacoma, etc...) But then again kids these days take fights to entire new levels. They make everything personal because its the end of the world to them. Bringing bigger/more people to the fight. When I was in highschool, people never actually fought their own fights. They brought as many of their friends to do the fighting for them. For heavens sake there have been school shootings over this type of shit. I blame the parents of course.

This statement can't be anymore closer to the truth. I'm about to graduate with a mechanical engineering degree and then go fly jets in the air force. After high school graduation, no one gives a shit about highschool except those that "thought" they were the shit in highschool, then they realize at their 10 year reunion that they have gone no where with their lives.

Half the people that I graduated with are married and have 2 or 3 kids within 4 years of graduating and are still living in the same town with no hopes of furthering themselves, and thus they continue the cycle that their family has been stuck in for generations.

Be the bigger man, and just ignore the asshole. Do what you have to legally so that your safety is not being compromised. That is the ultimate responsibility of the school is to ensure that you are in a safe environment.

Exactly so why not live for the moment and protect your pride by sacking up and not taking shit from someone? Just because he defends his honor means he is going to knock a chick up and have no future?

And he isn't taking shit from this guy. He's doing it the way he's supposed to. He is getting the local authorities to get in on it. By all means, if you feel like your life or someone else's is (such as, he drags Robin out of YOUR vehicle) in danger defend it by all means available. However defending your "pride" can be pointless and downright stupid sometimes. It will limit your chances of getting a decent job or any other type of civil privilege, with that on your record (pilot's license, CHL license, just to name a few...) My point is that "living for the moment" will have consequences and you better be prepared to face them.

He's only sixteen, you can get away with anything. I wish I would have gotten in more fights when I was that young.

In fact my friend got expelled for having weed in his bookbag. Got a possession charge but now his record is clean since he was so young. He may be handling it like he should, but its not the way I would have done it.

And kids now are getting away with murdering people because they are kids and they don't know any better. That's a fine line to be walking just because they can they get a clean record.

I need pics of all female parties involved before I can give advice.

And since you're on facebook, chances are all female parties are on there too.

And no, I didn't read the thread.
