Have a pulley vibrating

    AEM cold air intake
    I have a pulley that is vibrating like it is loose. When facing the motor it is the bottom left pulley. It vibrates when the A/C is off, but does it worse when the A/C is cut on. Any suggestions? it does not feel lose when I checked it. I have a 2004 Tacoma Prerunner
