98 Tacoma wheels, tires and lift

1998 Tacoma SR5 2.7 bone stock

No mods so far but plan to do alot - lift, wheels and tires - intake - bumper and light bar

I have a 98 taco sr5 4x4 2.7L extra cab. I wanna go with the Toytec 3 in lift, 16in. wheels and 33in nitto terra grappler tires but i have a few questions...
Do i need a differential drop kit?
Will 33's clear and will they effect the trucks power and fuel mileage?
Does k&n intake help that much?
