Tire Dilema......opinions please

I bought a pair of Hakkapeliita Nokian LT winter tires, 245/70R16, second hand (like new, less than 5000kms) from a friends dad, I'm looking for a matching pair,now I can't find the same tire brand in the exact same size.....I can get a pair of LT's (new) but the closest size is 245/75R16 OR I can get a pair of Hakkapeliita 7's for light truck/SUV in a 245/70R16, which would be the same size tire but different tread...........OR should I just look for a set of cheaper new tires locally (Hakkapeliita are hard to find here and are priced steep) with a similar (hopefully) tread in the same size.........My taco is 4wd and I don't want to throw off the front/rear ratios...........what should I do?.......Thanks in advance
