Although I think both racks tie into the bed, if you look on the four corners of the one I posted you can see theres an added support that goes down to what I beilieve is probably the bed bolts, or D-ring mounts.

yea i know but where they tie into the tie downs i could weld on a piece of pipe to the rear bed bolts
