2012 eBay fogs?

So, I think this has been covered, but I couldn't seem to find the exact thread it was in. I'm looking to install some DLR fogs on my '12 base. First, it would be prewired right? It's an access cab.

I swear I saw someone install them around here somewhere. Any feedback on a '12 would be great. Also, any input on that "OEM like" switch would be nice too. I'd like it as clean as possible.
