rattle when cold? not the intake

    2 inch coil spacers up front, tsb rear, Kobalt toolbox, westin bull bar, driver seat height mod, jvc head unit, rag joint zip tie truss mod, 17inch alloy 4runner sr5 rims wrapped in 265 yoko geolanders, off road lights, uhaul hitch, tacoma seat covers, avs vent visors, debadged prerunner, mud flaps gone, scanguage II, glovebox shock absorber mod,flowmaster 40 exhaust,
    When I cold start my engine. I can hear a metallic rattling. Sounds exhaust related. I'm thinking it may be the driver side cats bottom heat shield. Can i just remove it? (the shield. Not the whole cat)

    x2 on the catalytic converter...............idk abt removing the shield nor would that solve the problem.

    Does it make the sound while you are in Park or only when you are driving because mine does the same thing but only when moving. It's become progressively worse since last year.
