12' Sr5 PreRunner

So, my question is, what size wheel and tire can i put on my stock 2012 PreRunner sr5 wirhout getting a lift. Stock they run a 6 lug 16in Wheel, and i heard i can go up to a 17in Wheel on 30s, but im not sure. Really want the more aggresive look on my truck. Any advice would be nice, thanks guys.
