Looking at the TRD on shoptrd.com, it states the TRD is "not CARB approved" and "not emissions legal". Anyone in California have this model? Arizona follows Cali pretty close when it comes to emissions. The K&N says the same thing.

I just got a quote from a Toyota dealer here in Cali and he didn't say anyting about CARB or 50 state legal and was willing to sell it to me right there. Although he's a salesman so that probably doesn't say much. I was looking at getting the same one. He quoted $380, but saw it online for $345.

I'm torn between TRD & URD too..... I wonder if the URD setup like this would fit behind a recessed satoshi grill?

Is there much of a difference in the increase in HP, gas millage or noise since the URD is located in the from of the truck?
