Just the essentials and no extra fluff.
Installed my Famous Fabrication bolt on sliders. Passenger side was easy. Driver side I had to move the brake lines out of the way. I was able to get my hand inside the boxed portion of the frame without too much trouble. I undid the bolt on brake line bracket on the driver side to be able to reach. The cross member bolts weren't quite long enough to make me happy so I picked up some new ones from my local Ace Hardware. (Parkrose in Vancouver, WA)

I cleaned them up with mineral spirits. Painted them with Rustoleum self etching primer and spray on bed liner. If you can I suggest hanging them to paint them.

I picked up some recovery equipment just in case. Some of it I bought at the local 4WD Parts store in Portland. I found that Central 4 Wheel Drive, also in Portland, had better prices. Just need to get a length of chain and some extra straps.

I bought a UWS tool box from Automotive Outfitters. I pealed the logo off and cleaned it up with 3M adhesive remover.

All my gear fits nice inside of it. Still room for an air compressor.

Now I am looking for some tires. Goodyear Duratracs 265/75-16. Need to find some extra wheels on Craigslist so the spare will match. After that plans include a new front bumper with Warn winch, Icon coilovers and new rear leafs for a 1.5-2.0 inch lift.

Looks good! Keep us posted on how your bolt on sliders hold up! I'm sure you'll have a chance to exercise them at Browns Camp!

Sweet! I likes it all. Better lock up your box, cause if I'm ever in your neck of the woods I am gonna be the new owner of some nice recovery gear :D

So should I go with an ARB bumper or one of the fabricators in the vendors section? I don't think everybody has one for the 2012 since they had to change the front just enough to make them not interchangeable.
