The 4-wheel light indicator light is staying on all of the time and won't engage while on. When it is off it will engage fine. It was intermittantly working (light would come off and on with no rhyme or reason) but now the 4-wheel indicator light stays on all the time. Any ideas?

Actuator could be bad? Search the forums there are a few threads on this problem.

LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
I would think a failing selector switch.

3" lift. $10K in TRD options. Richie's semi-hidden bumper, and soon his Elka suspension
I've had the same issue twice now. Actuator crapped out both times. First one was under warranty, second one is the actuator on the back of the trans alxe - not under warranty. Ouch - $1200
