2011 4x4 trd off road

I'm thinking of trading\selling my 2011 DC TRD Off Road cloth interior with airbags for an interior that is a little softer on my back. My question is, considering all the tacoma seats with airbags and connectors, which would you folks consider the most cushioned? What years would be direct replacements without having to change wiring on the airbag system? Your experience will be greatly appreciated.
