I was thinking about putting some Duratracts on the truck. I have an ARB bumper and a 3" lift in the front. My question is for you guys who have the Duratracts in a 285/75R16... how do they fit since I've seen that their sidewalls stick out significantly more than other brands? If I was going to go this route with the 285's I would put 1.25" spidertrax wheel spacers on due to sidewall thickness and probably trim the ARB a bit off of the front wheel well (because of wheel circumference).... would this work out fine? Or is that sidewall too large and would rub against components? If thats the case I'll just go 265's. Thanks for the advice!

Also, much of a decrease in fuel economy from 265->285 or is that negligible?

You'll definitely notice around a 2 mpg drop and to help fit them, you'll have to lose the mudflaps and trim the plastic a bit. Maybe a cab mount chop as well.

Thanks guys. Done a lot of reading on that thread you suggested, and might just run 265's. I do a lot of off-roading and it looks like lots of trim work needs to be done if you want to avoid rubbing. Thanks for the advice
