So I am making some final decisions on my lift and was curious as to what is involved in rebuilding a coilover? If i were to go with something like a fox 2.5 CO for the front, i know they would last quite a while, but would need rebuilding eventually. Would that mean sending them somewhere to be rebuilt and being without a truck for a few weeks? Or would it be better to go with something like the toytec ULK and when the billies go, just replace them in an afternoon. Also, how long would one expect a bilstein to last before needing replaced? What is the typical cost the rebuild a Coilover? (I have heard the FOX could last to around 80k before needing rebuilt) The truck is a daily driver so being without it for an extended period is not too appealing, but plan on keeping the truck for a while and looking at the most economical option for the long run...
