    I found this by the passenger wheel.

    Any idea what this could be for? The other end of the plug appears to be broken.

    can you follow the other end if the wires to something? first guess would be the lights/fog/horn.

    Ya, if it were airbag it would be yellow and would trigger an airbag light. If it were ABS it would trigger an ABS/TRAC/VSC light.

    I just checked the other side and its got the same wires hanging down. The vehicle does not have fog lights, but it was rebuilt. So I'm assuming those wires are for fog lights and the guy who rebuilt it never bothered put the fog lights back in.
