    Either the e-locker axle housing is bigger, or you didn't have flat ground where you measured, provided the stock tires were still installed on both trucks and correctly inflated. 265/65R17 are not 2" taller than 265/70R16.

    Wheels have nothing to do with the height...tires do.

    My local dealer has a TX in the show room, it has 3 leaf instead of the 3 + 1 like the sport. This might be why the Sports are higher.

    True, but the ground clearance under the diff is not affected like the other dude was saying.
