I would like to lift my truck by 3 inch,
I know the difference between both but my consern is has someone installed a 3 inch suspention lift on a 2009 tacoma access cab 4 cyl.
I would like to know if it created drivetrain problems or pre wear on some items.
    thanks

You are going to get a lot of :crapstorm: I'd suggest no body lift, and yes plenty of people have installed their own lifts.

Altering the suspension on anything will cause more wear and tear.
