Cranks but will not start

3 in. Lift kit

1999 v6 4x4 Tacoma 3 in lift kit. Cranks but does not start. About a yr. ago put new fuel pump in. Now I pulled it out of the shop and it won't crank. I am getting fire, but no fuel. Pulled plug off sending unit one leg is hot, and when you crank it two more legs are hot at the plug. Help shoot house thanks
