    The stupid oem HIDs in "proper" housings with the cutoff bouncing around looking like the people are toggling from bright to low is much more annoying and "blinding" than any stable level of brightness whether facing you or behind you. There should be a campaign against that shit too.

    Wow, couldn't disagree more. Yet in your first post you mention how a projector keeps light down and out of peoples eyes lol. Only time id consider proper HID projectors remotely blinding is if you happen to catch the directly head on. Whereas HID's in a halogen reflector housings with "stable brightness" are shooting blinding light every which way regardless of angle.
